About Jarun

Jarun is Zagreb's green, recreation-oriented southwest neighbourhood, centred on the popular Jarun Lake with its beaches and rowing/regatta course, lakeside cycling and running paths and summer nightlife. It is favoured for an active outdoor lifestyle and family living. For investors, Jarun is a family and lifestyle buy-and-hold play: lakeside appeal and steady demand at gross yields of ~4–5%. EU/EEA citizens buy freely; non-EU buyers need reciprocity plus Ministry of Justice consent (or a Croatian company), and pay a 3% transfer tax. Croatia uses the euro and has no golden visa.
