About Brotteaux (6e)

Brotteaux is the elegant heart of the 6e arrondissement, a flat grid of broad Haussmannian boulevards (Cours Vitton, Cours Franklin-Roosevelt, Boulevard des Brotteaux) lined with luxury boutiques, cafés and gastronomic restaurants. On its northern flank lies the Parc de la Tête d'Or, Lyon's largest park with a free zoo and botanical gardens, a defining amenity for the district's families. It is Lyon's most established affluent address: large high-ceilinged apartments, top schools, refined dining including the two-star Le Neuvième Art, and the Belle Époque Gare des Brotteaux now reborn as a venue. Metro A and B at Charpennes and the Rue Garibaldi corridor put Part-Dieu and the centre within minutes, supporting some of the city's highest and most stable prices.
