About Arabkir

Arabkir is the district many Yerevantsis name when asked where they would actually choose to live. It is residential and unhurried, but only minutes from Kentron, with Komitas Avenue providing a steady supply of bakeries, cafes and groceries. The Arabkir Medical Center and several respected schools anchor its family appeal. Investors are drawn by the combination of lower entry prices than the center and competitive rental yields, often cited near the top of the city's range. As with all of Yerevan, the caveat is a market that has been rebalancing after a pandemic-era relocation surge, so realistic pricing is essential.
