About Coral Bay

Coral Bay centres on its sheltered Blue Flag beach and the lively Coral Bay Avenue strip of tavernas, bars and shops, with the Bronze-Age Maa-Palaeokastro headland dividing the bay. Behind the strip, hillside villa estates spread toward Peyia, many built for holiday letting, and the Sea Caves and wild Akamas Peninsula begin just to the north. It is a seasonal place, vibrant from spring through autumn, tranquil in winter, favoured by villa investors and beach-focused second-home owners who don't mind needing a car. Short-let villa yields are attractive but licence-gated and seasonal; model a conservative long-let baseline.
