About Brela

At the northern end of the Makarska Riviera, Brela is famous for Punta Rata, repeatedly ranked among Europe's most beautiful beaches, a string of pine-shaded coves, white pebbles and turquoise water beneath Biokovo. It is the riviera's most prestigious beach destination, quieter and greener than Makarska town. That cachet supports premium pricing, generally €4,000-5,500/m² for apartments and far higher for seafront villas. Yields of 4-5% rely on a strong, higher-spend summer season. With tourism the dominant price driver and a 4-7% national 2026 forecast, Brela offers scarce, high-prestige coastal product where the brand of the beach itself protects and drives values.
