Centro (Centro Histórico)

Córdoba's Centro Histórico is the commercial and heritage heart of the city: the UNESCO-listed Manzana Jesuítica (Jesuit Block) with its church and the original Universidad Nacional de Córdoba, the Cathedral and colonial Cabildo on Plaza San Martín, the bustling pedestrian shopping streets and the Mercado Norte. It is dense, walkable and layered with four centuries of history. For investors, the Centro is a value-and-regeneration play: the lowest US-dollar prices in the city for walkable, heritage-rich stock, with student and professional rental demand and solid gross yields of ~5–6.5%.
